Registration
Registration is required to be admitted to the venue and participate in the conference's scientific program and other IEEE NEMS 2023 activities. To receive the best rates for the conference, we encourage delegates to take advantage of the generous Early Bird.
The online registration system will be closed as of May 9th. Those who wish to register for IEEE NEMS 2023 can visit the registration desk during the conference to complete their registration. The onsite registration desk will be open from 16:00, on May 14, 2023.

Author Registration Policy

One Full Registration (Student Registration is NOT a full registration) covers a maximum of ONE invited paper OR TWO accepted papers by the same registered author.

A Student Registration (applies to both IEEE Student Members and Non-Member students) covers only one accepted paper.

Extra Paper Charge: An additional USD100 must be paid by the same author for each additional paper to be presented at the conference and included in the proceedings if the additional paper(s) have no other registered authors.

Payments should be transferred to the following bank accounts. All bank charges are the responsibility of the applicant.

The transfer must be in the registrant’s name and must be stated on the receipt.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be in writing and received no later than May 1, 2023. There is a $100 cancellation fee. Registrants who cancel beyond this date or fail to attend the symposium will forfeit the entire fee. The cancellation dates below are based on Korean Standard Time GMT+9.
Passport and Visa
Any foreign visitors wishing to enter the Republic of Korea must have a valid passport and, if necessary, obtain a Korean visa prior to entering Korea. However, many are permitted visa-free entry for a limited time under certain conditions. Nationals of those countries or regions with which Korea has signed a visa waiver agreement can enter without a visa, on the condition that they do not engage in remunerative activities during their stay.
