Abstract Submission

We welcome you to contribute to the most up-to-date research and latest developments from around the world. All abstracts will be reviewed by the Technical Program Committee and accepted abstract will be assigned to the appropriate session based on the author’s application and program requirements. Authors should submit an abstract (2 pages) for review by Feb. 17, 2023 (2^nd Extended) and submit a single PDF in A4 paper size that must conform to the preparation guideline of 2-page abstracts: Please check the abstract template as linked below.

How to Submit

Notification of Acceptance

All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Technical Program Committee according to reviewing procedures. Notification of acceptance will be sent at Mar. 22, 2023, to the author’s email.

Author Registration

All presenters are required to register for the conference by April 21, 2023. The manuscript will not be published without paid registration.

Final Manuscript Preparation and Submission (Optional)

We will utilize the abstract that was submitted for the conference proceedings. However, it is important to note that only the full paper of 4 pages will be sent to IEEE Xplore for publication (optional). In case you wish to expand your abstract into a full paper, kindly adhere to the final submission guidelines and UPLOAD the latest full paper in the submission system before April 21, 2023. The submission system will be open from April 1, 2023.
